SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Leveraged Digital LLC ("Leveraged Digital," "we," "us," or "our") sends text messages through the Leveraged Digital Appointments & Customer Care program. If you opt in, for example by checking the text-message consent box when you book a call or fill out a form on our Site, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices for calls you book with us, and customer-care replies about your request or account.

We will only send promotional or marketing text messages if you give separate consent for them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and requests.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from this program unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging and customer-support providers), only to provide the service.

Your phone number

You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP from it or let us know, so messages do not go to someone else.

Changes

We may change these SMS Terms by posting an updated version here and changing the effective date above. Our Terms of Service also apply.
