We help brokerages and small businesses set up a better model, better systems and the right technology. It's the same playbook we built and proved in our own real estate brokerage.
Free call with Greg, 8am–5pm Pacific. Assessments start at $750. Remote or in person.
You want to offer it, or you already do and it's hard to make the numbers work.
Good people, too many manual steps.
You know it could save time, but you're not sure where to start or what to trust.
Structure it, price it and run it, with less guesswork.
Flat-fee and fee-for-service can work well, but only when every step is efficient. We've built and run this model in our own brokerage. We help you design one that fits your market, your license and your team, and then help you put it in place.
What you end up with: A written model you understand and can explain to sellers, packages that are simple to sell, and a team that knows who does what on every listing.
Starts with: Brokerage Model Assessment, starting at $1,500 ↓
Our systems, set up in your business, with help after launch.
Software only helps if your team uses it. We map how your business runs, set up our systems to match, move your records over and train your team. Then we stay with you so it becomes how you work every day.
What you end up with: A configured system, your records in it, a trained team and written guides.
The right tools for your business. Not the most tools.
This isn't just for real estate. Whatever your business, we help you pick technology and AI tools that fit, roll them out safely and get your team using them. We start with one task, prove it by hand, then automate it. People stay in charge. When off-the-shelf tools don't fit, we also help with small custom tools. We built our own brokerage software with AI coding tools and a person reviewing every change, and we'll share how we plan, review and release it.
What you end up with: Tools your team actually uses, AI that drafts while you approve, and a clear, safe way to build your own tools if you need them.
No guessing. Here's every service we offer, what we do, what you get and how it's priced. The discovery call is free. Assessments have a starting price. Everything else is quoted in writing after your assessment, so you know the price before any work starts.
Assessment credit: if you go ahead with an implementation project or a Leveraged OS license within 60 days of the day of your assessment (the clock starts on the assessment day, not when the written plan is delivered), the full assessment fee is credited toward it.
Remote or in person: in person is available anywhere. Travel expenses are billed at cost.
Not included anywhere unless your quote says so:
What it is: A short, no-pressure video or phone call with Greg.

What you get: A clear next step and, if you want one, a written assessment proposal with the price.
How long: About 30 to 45 minutes.
Not included: Detailed recommendations or a written plan. That's what the assessment is for.
Each assessment is a fixed-fee project. You know the price before we start. You'll know exactly what's included, and the plan is yours to keep whether or not you work with us after.

What it is: Everything in the Support Retainer, plus regular planning time with Greg.
Who it's for: Brokers and owners who want a steady sounding board as they grow.
What you get: Regular planning calls with notes and next steps, plus the support listed in your quote.
What it is: A prepaid block of 10 hours for one-off questions and small tasks.
Unused hours: They don't expire at the end of the month. They roll over, and we ask that you use them within 12 months of purchase.
Who it's for: Clients who want occasional help without a monthly retainer.
What we do: Answer questions, review a plan or a vendor contract's tech side, or make small fixes. We track time against your block and tell you what's left.
What you get: Expert help when you need it, with a simple record of hours used.
Not included: Larger projects, which get their own fixed quote so you're not paying open-ended hourly. Legal advice.
After the free call, if an assessment makes sense, we send a short written proposal with what's included and the price. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
Everything we recommend was built and proven in our own real estate brokerage, and it runs there every day.
We've done the listings, the paperwork and the buyer calls. We know where things break.
Leveraged Digital is a family business based in Bend, Oregon. You'll work with us directly.
We set up AI to draft and help, never to act on its own unless you say so.
You see the assessment price up front and get a written quote before any other work starts.
Our time reviewing your business and a written plan you keep. That includes the interviews, a walk-through of how your work moves today, a review of your tools, the written plan with prioritized next steps, and a review call to go over it. It doesn't include setting anything up; that's quoted separately. If you go ahead with implementation or a Leveraged OS license within 60 days of the day of your assessment, the assessment fee is credited toward it.
