Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Leveraged Digital LLC ("Leveraged Digital," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit leverageddigital.com (the "Site"), book a call with us, contact us, or receive text messages from us. We are a software, AI and digital services company based in Oregon. We license a software platform and provide automation and agency services to businesses.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a demo, fill out a form or contact us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and the details you share about your needs. If you become a customer, we also collect billing and account information needed to provide the services.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of visits. We collect this with cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

Information from others. We may receive information about you from service providers that help us run scheduling, communications, and advertising, and from business contacts who refer you to us.

How we use information

• Schedule and hold demos and calls, and send confirmations and reminders by email and, if you agree, by text message.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Provide, maintain and improve the Site, our platform and our services.
• Send service updates and, where allowed, information about our products. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics) and measure our marketing.
• Protect the security of the Site and our services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited and general location derived from IP address. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site, such as the booking calendar, may not work properly. Where required by law, we honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting and website-building tools, scheduling and customer-relationship tools, email and text-message delivery, analytics, payment processing, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, property or safety.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging and customer-support providers), only to provide the service.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number to send the messages you signed up for, such as appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.

Customer data in our platform

If you are a customer using our platform, the data you and your clients put into the platform is handled under our customer agreement with you. In that role we process the data on your behalf and according to your instructions. Your own privacy policy governs how you collect and use your clients' information.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, such as providing services, keeping business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Then we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including role-based access and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any marketing email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and control cookies in your browser.

Depending on where you live, including Oregon, California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising or certain profiling, and to request a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The Site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites and tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy here and change the effective date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
